Ingredients
- 200g vegan biscuits crumbed
- 75g vegan marg
- 250g tofu
- 50g vegan marg
- 125ml soya milk
- grated zest 2 lemons
- 50g brown sugar
- vanilla flavour to taste
- 150g fruit
- 9in/22cm flan case
Method
- Melt 75g marg and mix with biscuit crumbs
- Put in dish and leave
- Melt 50g marg
- Whizz up tofu, marg, milk, zest, sugar, flavour
- Put on top of base and chill
- Decorate with fruit before serving
